Renovations
Many clinic projects start from old paper sets. We build the existing-conditions model from scans or PDFs first, then model the new work in phases, so demolition and new construction are clear on every sheet.

No. Design and code compliance stay with your architect. We model and document their design.
Can you phase existing and new work?
Yes. We use Revit phases for existing, demolished and new elements, with view filters on every sheet.
