The checklist
- All sheets for the scope: plans, sections, elevations and key details, not only plans.
- The source format: DWG if you have it; vector PDF next; scans or photos last.
- Target LOD per element: or simply what the model is for, and we propose one.
- Your Revit template (RTE) and the oldest Revit version your team uses.
- Units: feet and inches or metric, and the project base point if you have one.
- Sheet standard: your title block and naming, or AIA/NCS by default.
- Which drawing wins when two sheets disagree (usually the latest revision or the plan).
- The deadline: it decides Standard (10–14 business days) or Express (7 days).
What happens next
We reply within 2 business hours with a fixed number of hours, the price, the delivery date and the scope. Nothing starts until you approve it in writing.
Questions
Do I need to send everything to get a quote?
No. Plans and one section are enough for a first quote. The more you send, the tighter the number.
Can I send an NDA first?
Yes. We sign your NDA before you send any files.
